About Me

Creating to remember.
I’ve always believed that every piece of art is just a fragment of a story waiting to be told. Under the name Moonveillu, I bring those fragments to life through illustration, painting and whatever medium calls to me in the moment. My work is a quiet exploration of resilience, transition and the raw beauty of personal transformation.
The name of this space isn’t an accident. It’s deeply tied to who I am. My actual name (Lucie Luna) carries the duality of light and the moon. Moonveillu–or “veiled moon”– is a direct reflection of that identity. It represents the hidden, quiet spaces of the mind, the parts of ourselves we pull back to heal, and the gentle light that guides us out of the dark.
My creative language is heavily shaped by my obsession with reading, poetry, and the humanities. I tend to look at the chaos and beauty of modern life through the timeless lens of classical mythology. You’ll also notice the sun, the moon, celestial bodies, and archetypal figures drifting through my work. But what fuels my imagination the most is reading, wether it is by being lost in a book, hunting down music that makes me feel something, or increasing my collection of poetic phrases, as you’ll find them scattered all over this site.
Anyway, thank you for wandering into my world. I hope you find an image, a quote, or an atmosphere here that speaks directly to your own story.
